Monitoring of Stations of Cathodic Protection

Solution to monitor the station of corrosion protection. Time synchronization realized by GPS.

 

Monitoring and control system for cathode stations with GSM or GPRS data transfer. The system contains control system industrial GSM/GPRS modem with antenna, power supply with back up and accumulator, universal terminal controlled by microprocessor and current and over-voltage protection. GPS system is used for accurate timing synchronization. Industrial make-out of components insures reliable system functionality in wide range of temperature in outside environment. Program equipment of control system allows remote servicing and lowers the maintenance costs. The type of transfer allows shortening of system implementation time.
In older versions, RTU UKI3.5 is used.

  • monitoring, controlling and evaluating of SKAO station activity and its controlled power supply
  • archiving of value state and commands as well as clock information
  • regular GSM transfer of measured and processed data from archive to master system
  • regular monitoring of measuring functionality from master system
  • ability of generating request for operator according set control criteria
  • indication of object access and power interruption
  • connection of controlled power supply from NES Nova Dubnica company or other by RS485 interface
  • evaluating of measured data from power supply
  • controlling and clocking of power supply by accurate timing synchronization trough GPS timing marks
  • ability to connect of device for object access identification
