Temperature Monitoring in Buildings

Temperature acquisition from different places within a building realized via Radio Frequency. Data sending to web server. Alarm conditions are under surveillance and SMS is sent after satisfying them.

Application contains from one BaWiT –E and three BaWiTs –D. Each BaWiT has 3 temperature sensors connected to itself. Together 12 temperatures are measured. All BaWiTs –D read their sensors following time schedule independently from BaWiT –E. BaWiT –E follows different time schedule to get all archival data from all BaWiTs –D. BaWiT -E also measures temperatures from its own sensors. All these values are being sent to the server. All temperatures are guarded and after exceeding the threshold SMS alarm is triggered. Archive can keep up to 10000 last measured values for each data point (sensor). Therefore no communication loss even for longer period, could cause data missing. All default settings can be changed. Web page www.BaWiT.eu shows all 12 temperatures. Application contains one more BaWiT –D, which is used as PC interface. It is an USB type, which allows the user to connect to every other BaWiT (equipped with RF interface) within the RF range. This BaWiT is powered from USB port of computer.
